The biggest mistake people make about ecstatic dance?

Thinking you need to know how to dance.

You don't.

RESONANCE isn't about performing. It's about getting out of your head, coming back into your body, and moving in whatever way feels natural to you.

We'll begin with yoga led by Roisín, move into a sound bath with Travis + Will, then slowly build into music and movement with Arkivez and HABITAAT.

No alcohol.
No pressure to perform.
Just space to move, connect, and let go.

If you've been craving real connection and a space to just be yourself, come experience RESONANCE with us.

📍 @plazaonprincess • Wilmington, NC
📅 Sunday, November 15 • 4–9 PM

When was the last time you lost track of time… in a good way? ✨

Not on your phone.
Not at a bar.
In your body.

Here's something most people don't know:
Ecstatic dance has no steps to learn. No partners required. No talking on the dance floor.

Just music, movement, and permission to be yourself.

At our last gathering, we watched it happen.
Strangers arrived quiet. A little unsure.
By the end of the night, the whole room was moving as one. 🌊

On November 15, we're doing it again.

RESONANCE ft. HABITAAT
An immersive ecstatic dance experience in Wilmington, NC 🌿

🧘 Grounding yoga to arrive

💡 3 ways to get the most out of your first ecstatic dance:
1️⃣ Leave expectations at the door. There's no right way to move.
2️⃣ Put the phone away. Presence is the point.
3️⃣ Let the music lead. Slow is just as welcome as wild.

We’ve got a good one lined up for the weekend. Grab a drink, bring your friends, and stay awhile.

TONIGHT — FRIDAY, SEPT. 4
🎸 Jeff Grover | 9 PM–12 AM
Jeff is a rock musician from Baltimore who’s now local to the area. Expect an eclectic mix of songs from the 50s to today, forgotten favorites, singalongs, great guitar work, and a setlist that can change on the fly. You never quite know what he’ll play next.

Behind the bar:
🍻 Lizz until 8 PM
🍻 Kaitlyn 8 PM–2 AM

SATURDAY, SEPT. 5
🎻 Will Maxwell | 9 PM–12 AM

Will brings the violin and a unique sound to the Pub for Saturday night. If you haven’t caught him live yet, this is a good chance to check him out.

Two nights. Two different sounds. Same place to grab a drink and hang out.

The weekend starts at The Pub. 🍻
