It’s finally grad week!👩🏽‍🎓Thank you Fresno State for some of the best years of my life. It’s crazy how fast these four years went by. I’m so grateful for all of the friends and memories I have made in my time here. This was such an incredible experience and such a great end to 15 years of swimming. I’m super excited to be pursuing my career in PT at West Coast University in Los Angeles for the next three years. And for one last time, go dogs!!!🐶❤️💙 by @mayagulvady

If you’ve been dealing with an injury that just won’t seem to heal, don’t lose hope. Chronic pain doesn’t always have to be something you learn to live with.

For me, it was plantar fasciitis that would come and go, until it randomly got worse than ever and I had no choice but to find a solution. Every run started with pain, and I was worried it would keep me from doing what I love.

Shockwave therapy became a game changer for me.
