If you’ve been dealing with an injury that just won’t seem to heal, don’t lose hope. Chronic pain doesn’t always have to be something you learn to live with.

For me, it was plantar fasciitis that would come and go, until it randomly got worse than ever and I had no choice but to find a solution. Every run started with pain, and I was worried it would keep me from doing what I love.

Shockwave therapy became a game changer for me. It’s a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate your body’s natural healing process, increase blood flow, and encourage tissue repair. After a few sessions, I noticed a huge difference, and now I’m back to running without that constant ache.

If you’ve been struggling pain that just won’t go away, don’t assume you have to live with it. There may be options beyond stretching, icing, and resting.

Have you ever tried shockwave therapy? Let me know your experience!

Dr. Sneh Dodhia loading…The past two years have been an intense grind, “crazy” doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve had so many pinch me moments, celebrating goals I’ve already achieved while pushing toward the ones still ahead. Pursuing a doctorate while juggling countless other passions meant late nights, lost sleep, and plenty of all nighters just to make it all happen.

This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my family, my closest friends, and the incredible new friendships I’ve built along the way and the best professors! I can’t wait for a year from now, when I will officially become a DPT.👩🏽‍⚕️time for clinicals now!

There’s still so much left to achieve, and I couldn’t be more excited. This is only the beginning.🥳🤍

And we are just getting started...!!

Celebrated my White Coat Ceremony for my Doctors of Physical Therapy, and honored to be a student speaker at it. Feeling so accomplished and even more grateful. To my professors, friends, family a huge thank you!! The memories I've made and lessons I've learned are endless. Can't wait for this next chapter of clinical rotations and beyond!

Swipe to see an exhausted SPT🤪
