On BBC radio3 In Tune this Wednesday 08/06/2026 I’ll be playing Matteis’ Passaggio Rotto and Fantasia for solo violin. I used to not be sure about Matteis but have discovered that I absolutely love his very personal, very recognisable world of intimate improvisatory dartings. I had never really played any of his music before. Getting to know these over the past couple of weeks has been an intuitive journey of letting things play themselves, restorative.
I’ll also be playing a couple of beautiful English pieces with @vachebaroque - Purcell’s Fantasia upon one note and Dowland’s Semper Dolens ahead of our performances at Buxton Festival over the next couple of weeks. Looking forward ! @bbcradio3 @buxtonfestival by @mayah_kadish

Only a handful of tickets left for this one. Turin tomorrow, thanks to the Unione Musicale for inviting us back again this year! This programme revolves around the idea of music as recycled, as ever changing, and heavily features pieces we wrote ourselves in 1600s Italian style, alongside adaptations and arrangements. Join us at the Teatro Vittoria at 8pm on the 20/04/2026 for Artifci Musicalij

So happy to see the press engaging with and understanding @mosesxsalome Elischa Kaminer’s beautiful work … really great review from Positionen of Strings of Love and Rage which we premiered back in November … and in this photo it looks like my elongated arms and hairs are trying to reach /support the quote, as I would like to in real life.

‘’so intense and well thought-out in its effect that it remains in the memory for a long time’ ‘a strong emotional presence’ ‘hypnotic’

Performed with @huiwainokk and @mikorytowski
