If you want to treat your guests to an absolute masterpiece of a dinner, this newly opened spot on the 38th floor of The Henderson is a total showstopper. It was officially selected as one of the World’s Most Beautiful Restaurants 2026 by Prix Versailles, and the moment you step inside, you’ll see why.
🥢 The Concept: Traditional Japanese Kappou dining meets contemporary luxury. The space is incredibly intimate and exclusive, featuring main counter seating for just 12 people, alongside a private dining room that accommodates another 12 guests. The circular layout surrounds a stunning open kitchen where you watch the culinary team craft every single element right in front of you.
🥩 The Feast: Their monthly changing 10-course dinner menu is pure art, but the absolute star of the night was the charcoal-grilled A5 Wagyu beef flawlessly marbled, smoky, and unbelievably tender.

The best Buffet in Hong Kong ♥️✨🇭🇰

This is hands down the most insane buffet I have been to. They have so many food stations grilled meats, fresh prawns, lobster, sushi, bread, drinks, desserts, custom wonton noodles, and authentic Chinese dishes.

They also have a good selection of both red and white wine where you can pour it yourself. My favorite was the seafood boil station, I was literally drooling watching them mix everything right in front of me, and you can pile your plate as high as you want.

To finish off the meal, they bring a massive seafood platter topped with premium caviar straight to your table. Save and share this with the person you would come here with.

15 things you absolutely need to know before you visit Hong Kong 🇭🇰♥️✨

1. It is incredibly safe, even for solo travelers, with a very low crime rate.
2. Always go on Discover Hong Kong website they always have some incredible offers for visitors.
3. English is widely spoken in most places, but learning a few basic Cantonese phrases goes a long way.
4. The weather is subtropical, so summers get intensely hot and humid.
5. Get an Octopus card immediately for cheap, easy public transit taxis and Ubers can get expensive fast.
6. Definitely try dim sum, and I highly recommend Maxim’s Palace at City Hall, Lin Heung Tea House for the best traditional experience.
7. Don’t just stay in the city visit outlying spots like Cheung Chau Island, which is only a 45-minute ferry ride away.
8. The theme parks like Disneyland and Ocean Park are such a blast.
9. Check out iconic spots like The Peak, the Big Buddha, and cross the harbor on the Star Ferry for the best views.
10. It is a massive shopping mecca, ranging from luxury malls to local spots like the Ladies Market.
11. Most local, authentic eateries only accept cash or your Octopus card, so don’t rely completely on credit cards.
12. Tipping isn’t a big thing here, but restaurants will usually add an automatic ten percent service charge to your bill.
13. To beat the thick summer humidity, malls and trains blast the air conditioning, so definitely pack a light jacket or sweater!
14. Download the MTR Mobile app and HKTaxi app. They make navigating the transit lines easier.
15. Stand on the right side of the escalators!

Everyone always talks about Disneyland, but Ocean Park is where the real local nostalgia is at! It’s been around for decades, and it honestly shows you a completely different side of the city.
The park is huge and split across a mountain, so you have to take this stunning cable car ride to get from the waterfront up to the big thrill rides at the summit. The sea views from the cabin are absolutely breathtaking.
🐼 My Top Highlights: You get a perfect mix of rollercoaster rides and amazing animal encounters. Getting to see the giant pandas up close is always a highlight, and their massive multi-level aquarium dome is stunning.
💡 Quick Tip: Give yourself a full day here because it takes a lot of walking to see everything, and make sure to buy your tickets online beforehand to skip the front entrance queues!
