Another F45 challenge has started 🔥 and for day 2, the team challenge of 2000 squats was brutal. Math worked out to an insane 250 squats per person.

But done ☑️ and dead ☠️

Finished with 3 sets of leg extension, abductors, lying hamstring curls and leg press. Would not recommend 😂

Craving for Dimsum? Try the unlimited Dimsum brunch at @thechineselibrary So many different dishes to try my favorite was the cold purple yam noodles and the pork belly for main. They have 2 time slots at 11:00 -
13:00 for HKD438 ($56usd) per person food only and another one at 13:30 - 16:30 for HKD638 ($82usd). Always best to go for the early one as it is cheaper

In Hong Kong most people prefer to eat Dimsum at local Chinese restaurant but this restaurant is also worth a try
