Women’s Month 🌸

Last Saturday, I had the privilege of being the MC & Host for the @sayoutheconcouncil Women’s Day Leadership Summit.

Being in a room filled with so many inspiring women was truly special. Women who are leading, building, creating change and making space for others to rise.

I’m grateful to have been part of such an inspiring room and to have experienced it from the stage. ❤️🌸

Here’s to women who lead, uplift and continue to make room for one another. ✨

God really writes the best stories. ❤️

Five years ago, I was one of the young people sitting in the audience with dreams, hopes and the determination to build something bigger for myself. The National Youth Development Agency @nyda_insta believed in me and invested in my small business, reminding me that someone believed in my potential.

Fast forward to last Friday, and I had the incredible honour of serving as the Programme Director for the Youth in Mining Convention, hosted by the @nyda_insta Office of the Executive Deputy Chairperson.

Talk about a full-circle moment. ✨☺️

The same organisation that once poured into my dreams entrusted me to help create a platform where other young people could learn, connect and envision new possibilities for themselves. That is nothing but God’s grace.

We need more initiatives like this, spaces that expose young people to industries that may feel out of reach, but have the power to create careers, transform lives and grow our economy.

Truly grateful to have been part of such an inspiring initiative. 🇿🇦✨

What a beautiful day! ❤️✨

I had the pleasure of being the MC/Programme Director at the official launch of the @thegrowthnetwork_npo and honestly, it was such a special experience.

Being in a room with so many young people, hearing their dreams and seeing their excitement reminded me once again just how important it is to invest in our youth. The youth are the future of South Africa, and creating spaces where they can learn, grow and believe in what’s possible really matters. 🇿🇦

A huge congratulations to @paballo_speelman Founder & Chairman of the Growth Network Foundation, on bringing this vision to life. 👏🏾 You can really see the heart behind the work, and I’m excited to see where this journey goes.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful day. It was an absolute pleasure being in the room❤️

Here’s to empowering communities, unlocking potential and creating a better future for our young people.

Youth Day always reminds me of how far we’ve come and the sacrifices that were made so that we could have the opportunities we have today.

It’s a reminder that where you come from should never limit where you’re going. Your background is part of your story, but it doesn’t define your future.

I hope we continue to honour those who paved the way for us by dreaming bigger, working harder, and creating a better path for the generations that come after us.

Happy Youth Day ❤️🇿🇦
