Dating apps are exhausting. Wall balls are just hard. Easy choice.

Between kids, work, and training Hyrox shows up on time and doesn’t ghost. Also understands priorities in a lopsided life

2500 humans decided to hang out in my lopsided little corner of the internet. Some of you found me through Hyrox content. Some through the single-mom-executive chaos. Some through a random reel about non existent adult dating lives for athletes.

Wherever you came from — thank you for sticking around for the lopsided version of this life. Not the highlight reel. The real one, with the dropped balls (well not wall balls).

So let’s actually get to know each other. 25 questions, swipe through, and drop tell me one that’s true for you to ANY of them in the comments — I read every single one.

This page started as a place to be honest about doing career and motherhood at the same time without pretending either one is easy. This page was never supposed to be a highlight reel — it’s the messy middle of building a career and raising two boys solo and competing at the highest level. And somehow 2500 of you show up for that.

Well that escalated quickly…

Fellas…Hyrox doesn’t have to be your thing… just have a thing.

Still open to options and always looking for another mixed doubles partner. Do your thing: @surfdating @getmnly

@mccalllee21 x @beautifulskinbybri THAT’s ANOTHER PODIUM!!

1:01:31 | 2nd AG | 5th OV

What a performance you guys had in SLC BABY!! The altitude couldn’t stop us! Wasn’t easy, but y’all fought through it and gave it everything!

Huge shoutout to @roxfit.app for the best metrics from this race. We got a PB on the sled pulls and Number 1 on the wall balls! There’s always room for improvement to learn more and that’s what makes this sport so addicting.

Back to the drawing board! 🫡 by @mccalllee21

What a blast in Salt Lake to run with @beautifulskinbybri! Hit a lot of goals: Beat our best time ✅, landed on the podium ✅ and got elite points✅. Also pushed through elevation and travel. So awesome to have my boys there and amazing friends cheering all along the course. Many more to come!

Video by story driven media. They were so supportive and great cheerleaders! Highly recommend. by @mccalllee21

Great weekend in Salt Lake with @hyroxamerica and @hyroxyoungstars. Awesome to see the next generation of racers.

5 lessons learned
1) Your start time IS NOT your start time
2) Race is fast with little transition
3) Warmups are long, 25 min! Then they start 25 min after their “start time”
4) Equipment is different and worth investing in the @centrfit youngstar stuff (link in bio for the site)
5) Have FUN!! Make posters celebrate the racers!

What did I miss?

A couple weeks ago Centr reached out to me and invited me to join Team Centrfit. Probably because of my obsession with the beautiful white Elite equipment! It was unexpected and I am so excited I said yes.

From starting this sport as I recovered from a should tear in CrossFit to racing at the Elite level across the world, my rookie season of Hyrox has been one to remember.

I’m excited to hit sophomore showing in the coming year. The @centrfit community inspires athletes to support each other and show up every day to work hard for their goals. Proud to be a part of the Centr Strength Society.

Using new gear @miltonathleticclub and with programming from @brannendorman and as always. THE BEST @liannegirard pushing me along the ride!
