Studio in artistic collab: @mchte — vision; WRKN — production.

Artist @mchte explores the legacy of Soviet visual culture—reframing familiar domestic forms through memory and modernity. Her work stages a dialogue between past and present, revealing the aesthetic and emotional depth of everyday heritage.

Working Knowledge is a creative studio and production team working across contemporary art, the built environment, and multimedia—from objects to small-scale architecture. In this project, the studio serves as the creative production team bringing Maya’s idea to life through spatial and lighting design, technical production, and fabrication—transforming the concept into a precise physical experience.
