What started as notes, routines, recipes, and reminders for myself slowly turned into something so much bigger. 🤍

Over the last few years, my life has changed in more ways than I could’ve imagined. Through motherhood, fitness, routines, challenges, growth, and learning how to balance it all, I started creating systems and habits that have changed my life.

I’m so excited (and nervous) to finally share that my lifestyle book will officially be available for purchase SOON.

This book was created for everyone who is trying to find their balance & wants a few laughs along the way.

More details coming soon.🩵 -Megan taken in Louisiana by @mckeylifestyle

You heard the girly! Come grab your salt!!
Being dehydrated affects every part of your physical and mental body!
Mild dehydration impairs the executive function required to build any new habit!!! One salt a day is plenty if you’re not excessively sweating, and they taste pretty delicious!
See you soon! -MM

Some days are longer than others but the Lord reminded me today I am following where he leads and am exactly where I need to be.
As physically exhausting as today was, I wasn’t nearly as tired as I was working an office job 8-5 doing something I didn’t love.
I am beyond thankful for the people in my life who help me make this amazing dream of mine a reality.
My family, instructors, members, friends and community. Y’all are just amazing. THANK YOU!!
Thank you Lord for this life 🩵💪🏻-MM
