@gravitycollectivemtb appreciation post 🙏

This last trip to Utah and Canada marks the end of my first season with @gravitycollectivemtb
And although the races didnt go supper well I left this trip with a huge appreciation for my team and the roll a good community plays in the development of me as an athlete. As many people said this year has been a huge jump, u23 racing is absolutely no joke but I got to every race knowing that there is no pressure to do anything but try your best and learn no matter what. And that’s what I did, I learned that I do better when I am sorounded by a fun and loving environment and that’s what was created on the team. So with that thank you @gravitycollectivemtb , @coryrimmer and everyone on the team for such a great year, can’t wait for more 🙏

Wanted to hop in the ocean with the big fish.. instead I got thrown in the pond 😐😔

Mind and energy was there for the xco on Saturday but just couldn’t get on terms with the speed on the first few laps and ended up chasing the whole time. But can’t complain with 31st out of almost 50.

Sometimes I Need to pause and remember sometimes that I am only in my first year u23 and there are so many changes that happen over time so if I just keep working the performances will come.

Now just onto some local road races in the next few weeks @avoca_racing can’t wait to switch it up and reset for this upcoming summer

BIG THING 🔜 @gravitycollectivemtb

As always thank you so much to @gravitycollectivemtb and @pc_endurance_coaching for all the help

First taste of u23 👨🏻‍🍳👨🏻‍🍳.

Started out pretty rough on Friday with a collision on lap one leaving me with a supper bruised foot and a DNF. But I ended up taping my foot up and actually had a really great XCO leaving me with p59 out of 78 riders.

I know I can do better and I know exactly what I need to work on wich was something I couldn’t say before this week. Anyway I am supper excited to get some work in, then fly out to round 2 of @uscupmtb in Cali in a few weeks time.

As always a huge thank you to @gravitycollectivemtb and @pc_endurance_coaching for all the help.

2025 UCI season ✅

Going into this season I was honestly a little nervous and struggled to grapple with the level of competition that the US has to offer in the UCI junior level. But as the season progressed through its ups and downs I can confidently say I put everything I had into each race and I’m so proud of the results I achieved.

But honestly as I reflect on the season it’s not those results that make me the most proud. It’s the people I was able to meet and the places that I got to travel. These people and places will be with me for a lifetime and I’m so proud of them but also to have grown as much this year as I did. I have all the people around me to thank for that. Without them god knows where I would be right now.

On a more pointed note I am so grateful for the opportunity that @thadencycling has provided me with, it was an honor to wear my school’s colors all year and I will always remember this year as the year I was a barnstormer.

Anyway thank you to everyone who was involved in my journey this year and I’m so excited to build up into next year as a first year u23 with @gravitycollectivemtb taken in Bentonville, Arkansas by @md_moose

2025 @nationalmtb regionals p7 👨🏻‍🍳

So stoked to end the year on a high note, p7 out of 120 varsity racers and some of my best power numbers all year. I have had a bunch of ups and downs these last few weeks of my season, and to see my body and mind come around for not only my last race of the season but my last @arkansasmtb race ever was so special.

Now I’m focusing on recovery and resetting before training for my first year of u23. I am totally expecting this to be a long journey but am excited to get to work.

As always a huge thank you to @pc_endurance_coaching for the help and @thadencycling for there continued support all year, it truly means the work and none of this would be possible without the help of them. taken in Centennial Park Fayetteville, Ar by @md_moose

Little and big sugar ✅

Started off with little sugar mtb. 63 miles of single track was a blast and genuinely felt so good until my stomach reached its limit about 4 hours in. But honestly that was not surprising nor disappointing. Had so much fun and felt good.

Then I transferred into the second week, with big sugar gravel. 50 miles of gravel. I had ambitions of podium or a possible win but luck was not on my side. After a solid 25 miles with the front group, a rock flew up and hit me in my pelvic area, right above my bladder. This left me with a lot of bruising and a DNF on the day.

Overall a little bummed but excited to finish off the last two @arkansasmtb races and my season.

A special thanks to @thadencycling @gravitycollectivemtb @pablocruz504 for all the help these past weeks 🙏🙏. taken in Bentonville, Arkansas by @md_moose

Thought it was luck till I did it again 💸💸

Had so much fun racing with the @usacycling team and some of my own teammates @thadencycling

Managed to grab the win again, against @rj_amos and the rest of the @usacycling boys.
So stoked to see the turn out at the race last night. @oztrailsnwa is a special place for sure 🙏 taken in Coler Mtb Preserve by @md_moose

Nationals 2025. Safe to say that competition is freaking nuts these days. I am so proud of the effort that I put into this season and am so stoked for the opportunities that presented themselves along the way.

However as pictured in the final photo the competition in my age category is nuts, after a poor short track where I failed to qualify I was faced with yet another qualifying race. In that race I normalized 339 watts for 33 minutes and got 15th 😭💀. So safe to say you literally have to be fully committed to have any sort of result. With that being said I made the final and although I flatted and later dnfed in that race I am so stoked on the numbers I put out. I strongly believe that as long as I stick with it Marshall Davis (road to mid pack) will have a uci point within the next few years ‼️‼️ taken in Roanoke, Virginia by @md_moose

The Best week with the best people 🙏‼️

Had a blast taking a week off of structured training and racing at @flccycling summer camp. Genuinely the best place and community. Now my head is down for a two week build into nationals to finish off my xco season.

Huge thanks to @flccycling @chadcheeney for a great week 🙏🙏 by @md_moose

ROAD TO MID PACK COMPLETE ‼️🙏

I am so stoked to finally put some races together, after a bit of a tough stretch earlier this season. I came into this final stretch of UCI races with nothing but hope. But all the training is definitely paying off and I am proud to announce I am officially a MID PACK DEMON.
