Taking a moment to reflect on yesterdayā€™s Winter Solstice Reset ~ Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared the day with such openness, warmth and generosity. It was wonderful to slow down together, mark the turning of the season, and create space for reflection, movement, rest and meaningful conversation.ā  ā  A big thank you to the team at @abouttime_bathhouse for welcoming us into your beautiful space and helping bring the day to life.ā  ā  And thank you to @yogipeaceclub @indigoluna.store @lululemonausnz @cacaomumma and @scwholefoods for your support and generosity. Your contributions helped us create a thoughtful day for everyone who attended.ā  ā  The Solstice Reset reminded us that taking time for ourselves isnā€™t a reward we need to earn. Itā€™s what allows us to continue showing up in our lives with clarity, patience and presence.ā  ā  Thank you for sharing the shortest day of the year with us.ā  ā  šŸ¤Ž Phoebe & Em by @me.time.escapes

Our morning ceremonial cacao and women's circle is a chance to pause, reflect on the first half of the year, and honour the Winter Solstice as a turning point.ā  ā  Together, we'll explore guided journaling prompts, celebrate what's been, release what no longer serves us, and set intentions for the season ahead.ā  ā  You'll receive a journal in your retreat gift bag to capture your reflections and carry your intentions forward.ā  ā  Warm cacao, meaningful conversation, and a room full of extraordinary women. āœØā  ā  We can't wait šŸ¤Žā  X, Em & Phoebe by @me.time.escapes
Letā€™s sink into the magnesium pools, warm our bodies in the sauna, challenge ourselves with an optional cold plunge, and spend a day reconnecting with ourselves, all in good company. The bathhouse experience at About Time is woven into our Solstice Reset to give you space to slow down, recharge and move through winter feeling grounded and restored. June 21st. Movement. Bathing. Nourishment. Restoration. šŸ¤Ž Phoebe & Emma by @me.time.escapes
Your facilitators, Emma and Phoebe, two Surf Coast mammas brought together by a shared love of movement, nature, community, and creating meaningful experiences for others.ā  ā  Together, weā€™ve created the Solstice Reset as a day that blends movement, breath, heat, cold, restoration, and connection in a way that feels both intentional and welcoming.ā  ā  šŸ¤Ž Sunday 21st June | 9:00am ā€“ 3:30pmā  ā  šŸ’§ @abouttime_bathhouseā  šŸŒ¼ $180 ($50 deposit to book)ā  ā  Our approach is grounded and practical ā€” offering guidance throughout the day while allowing space for each person to move through the experience in their own way. Weā€™re passionate about creating experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and step away from the constant pace of everyday life, even if just for a moment. During our next escape, Solstice Reset, weā€™ll explore how breath and movement work together ā€” noticing how the body responds through different states and experiences. Sometimes breathwork can help regulate the nervous system and bring greater awareness into the body. Other times, the body needs movement first before the breath can naturally deepen. Throughout the day, weā€™ll work with breath during morning movement, through moments of intensity in the sauna and optional ice bath, and again as we slow everything down in the afternoon restoration session with massage and guided rest. Itā€™s an opportunity to notice how the nervous system shifts throughout the day, and how the breath can support us differently depending on what the body is moving through. We hope you'll join us at @abouttime_bathhouse for a day to move, regulate, reset, and reconnect. šŸ¤Ž Sunday 21st June | 9:00am ā€“ 3:30pmā  $180 ($50 deposit to book) Limited spots available.ā  Hosted by @phoebewaters__ & @backlundemmaā  ~ā  Link in bio for full schedule and bookings.ā  ~ā  #livesimply #metimeescapes #movementretreat #backlundemmadesign by @me.time.escapes

Solstice Reset X @abouttime_bathhouse Setting the scene for our morning movement classā€¦ This isnā€™t about pushing your body to extremes. Itā€™s about understanding how it actually works. Across the workshop, weā€™ll move through different styles. Starting with controlled, fluid spinal work and building into strength, stability, and confidence in how your body functions through movement. Your spine isnā€™t one solid structure. Itā€™s made up of individual joints, each with its own role. When one area lacks movement, others compensate. Thatā€™s where tension and discomfort start. So we strip it back. Youā€™ll learn how to create movement segment by segment, improving range, control, and overall function. But mobility on its own isnā€™t enough. We build the strength to support it and the control to use it properly. This is beginner-friendly in structure, but it requires focus and intention. Slowing things down exposes where youā€™re relying on momentum instead of intelligent transitions. The result is a body that feels more stable, moves more efficiently, and is less prone to strain. Head to the link in the bio to book in or send us a message for any info. Xx, Phoebe & Em by @me.time.escapes
