Road to Lesotho

One of my favourite training blocks.

Alot of intentional time spent with myself but a lot of time sharing the road with some special people.

A thank you to them for slowing down and being up for an adventure.

Lessons so far from this block: Life is meant to be explored and that means both inwardly+outwardly, pursue dreams relentlessly but carry that same energy into your relationships, know what motives/drives you, fear isn’t going anywhere learn to embrace it, maybe is a no, love and living are the same… live boldly. Give it everything you’ve got then let it go. Eat more carbs. by @meagsrx
