Sometimes life slows down just enough for you to reflect… 💚

I just want to publicly say thank you to my family.

My family sacrifices so much because of the time I pour into serving others. There are countless hours that could be spent with them, yet they continue to love, support, and encourage me anyway.

💚 To my wife, @christinab_green — the pilot of our plane.

Most people have no idea what happens behind the scenes to make our programs run with excellence. The long hours, the details, the sacrifices, the pressure… you carry so much that no one ever sees.

Even if others don’t notice, I do. I see it all firsthand, and I’m beyond grateful for everything you do for our family and for Mean Green Select.

🏀 To my boys…

I know there are moments when I’m Coach instead of Dad. I know there are hours I spend pouring into other kids when most parents only have to focus on their own.

Thank you for sharing me.

My prayer is that as you grow older, you’ll understand the importance of sowing into others. The impact we leave isn’t just inside our home—it’s also in the lives we’re called to serve.

💪 To my twins… @cjandcalebgreen

Daddy is so proud of you.

You dudes absolutely balled out this season. I know I’m tough on you, and sometimes it probably feels like I’m your biggest critic, but the truth is… I’m also your biggest fan.

You’re built for this… and for so much more.

💚 To my baby boy…

You didn’t miss a minute this season.

Every workout. Every practice. Every tournament.

While most kids were at home playing with toys, you were right there in the gym with us every step of the way.

I love you, little man.

No matter what challenges come, or how people may react, this is one of my biggest “whys.”

This is why I keep smiling.
This is why I keep serving.
This is why I keep believing.

God has blessed me with an incredible family, and today I’m simply bragging on them. Thank you for helping me lead @meangreenselect

I love y’all more than words can ever express. 💚🙏

What a weekend. 💚🏀

As we wrapped up our final tournament of the Spring/Summer season in San Antonio, I couldn’t help but reflect on everything this group has accomplished.

This past weekend was a true picture of our entire season.

Our kids competed. They fought. They celebrated wins. They responded after tough losses. But no matter the outcome, they stood tall, represented @meangreenselect the right way, and never stopped giving their best.

One of my favorite parts of every season is watching it all come together. You see teams begin to click as one. You see confidence grow. You watch kids who once avoided their left hand suddenly attack with it. You see players make the game-winning shot, come up with a huge defensive stop, or simply believe in themselves in ways they didn’t a few months ago.

Every player had their moment this season, and that’s what makes coaching so rewarding.

To our coaching staff—thank you for pouring your time, energy, and hearts into these young athletes. Your impact goes far beyond basketball.

To our parents and our Mean Green family—I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

One of the questions I’m asked most at tournaments is, “How do you get your parents to buy in, support one another, and genuinely get along?”

My answer is always the same…

That’s Mean Green. 💚

Our culture isn’t built overnight. It’s built by families who choose to encourage each other, celebrate each other’s kids, and stay united through both victories and adversity.

When I look back on this season, I don’t just see better basketball players.

I see growth.
I see progression.
I see resilience.
I see stronger relationships.
I see confidence that will last far beyond the game.

Most of all, I’m proud of who our kids are becoming off the court just as much as on it.

Thank you for trusting me, believing in our vision, and allowing me to give my very best to your children every single day.

I love you all, and I can’t wait to see what the next season brings.

💚🏀 OTR Exposure Tournament Recap 🏀💚

Mean Green Select 11U went 4-1 at the OTR Exposure Tournament! 🔥👏

So proud of this group. It was great seeing the boys compete together, play the right way, and continue growing as a team. 💪🟢

We had a couple of players out of town who weren’t able to make the trip, but other guys stepped up in a big way and helped us make a strong run. That’s what being a team is all about. 👏🙌

Now it’s time to get back to work. 💯

Can’t wait to see everyone back on the practice floor this week as we prepare for our next tournament. The work never stops! 🏀🔥

Way to go, fellas! Proud of each one of you. 💚

🏀MORE THAN BASKETBALL. IT’S FAMILY. 💚

What a weekend for @meangreenselect! 🙌

All of our teams were able to pick up wins, but the best part wasn’t the scoreboard. 💯

👊 The fist pumps
😃 The smiles
🤝 The brotherhood
💪 The character being built
🏀 The growth on the court

That’s what it’s all about.

To our players, coaches, and families—thank you for bringing the energy and representing the Mean Green culture the right way. We love watching these young ballers compete, grow, and support one another.

And to our community… THANK YOU! 💚 We wouldn’t be here without your love and support.

See you on the court! 🏀
