Burning Man 2026 )°(
you really out did yourself..
what an epic, beautiful, crazy, amazing, challenging and confronting experience.
such high highs, and some really low lows.
but as we know, playa provides. 💪🏼
and you always get the burn you need, not the one you want. 🚀
truly, that’s a huge reason i go…
it shapes me into a better human.
..stretched, expanded, evolved..
chewed up and spit out.. but what came out the other side is something i’m sooo damn proud of. 🏆

#burningman, thank you. i love you.

📸headshots from our mastermind retreat in mexico!

in case you’re wondering, “what does she do?”

I lead a team of coaches who support functional medicine practitioners in starting and scaling their private practice… all things business! I do this alongside some of my best friends and a kick ass CEO.

I am incredibly blessed to be a part of this team!

Honestly… I’m still processing the Women Who Roar summit. 🦁

I got to sit in a room of women and not just speak, but actually hold a space - facilitate, guide, be in it with them, and it hit me in a way I didn’t expect.😭

… this is what I’m here to do.♥️

We talked about the reality we’re creating every single day through what we choose, what we avoid, what we tolerate, and what we finally decide we’re no longer available for.

We talked about identity.
About the patterns that keep us circling the same level.
About what it actually looks like to build a life that feels aligned… not just good on the outside.

And you could feel it in the room when things started to click for people.
That moment where something shifts internally and you just know you’re not going back.

That’s the part I care about.🙏🏽

Not just content.
Not just “tips.”
Not just looking a certain way online.

The depth. The honesty. The real shifts.

I’ve been seen in a lot of different ways over the years…
and I’m not rejecting any version of me, but this felt like stepping into something deeper. Something much more true.

And yeah… It’s emotional!

Because I care. A lot.

About this work.
About people.
About helping someone actually change the direction of their life in a real, lasting way. ✨

If you were in that room, thank you for meeting me there.
If you’re here now, just know… there’s so much more coming.🙌🏼

Love you 🤍 taken in Grass Valley, California by @meelafae

Women Who Roar 🦁
Business Seminar
Day 1

Such a blessing to be a part of this incredible production. So much talent. So much inspiration.

This was a dream at one point, and now it’s reality.

Don’t stop dreaming big and putting yourself in containers that push your edge.

I promise you it pays off.
