Came back for the dust. Stayed for the chaos. Left just a little more feral.
No rules. No limits. Just pure fucking magic. Exponential personal growth, disguised as two weeks in the desert.
More fearless. More alive. More me. Didn’t get nearly enough photos or videos as always… 🤷‍♂️

Over five years, countless seasons, and a gorgeous garden that grew right alongside us.

Every path, every bloom, every corner holds the love, patience, and care we poured into it.

A reminder that the richest and most beautiful things in life come to be that way because they are cultivated over time with loving care.

Happy birthday to my sweet Lily. This past year, I’ve watched you lock in and grow into such a beautiful woman. I’ve seen you expand your emotional bandwidth, elevate your health, refine your style, and step more fully into your authenticity… not just as an individual, but as my wife.

I’m so proud of you for choosing the hard work, for showing up for yourself in the ways that truly matter. I cannot wait to see what this next year brings for you.

You’re my forever flower, and getting to watch you bloom, evolve, and move through your cycles of growth is something I’ll never take for granted. I love you, Happy Birthday 🎈🎁

Attuning to your nervous system is really just a fancier way of saying “get to know yourself”

& “I need to regulate my nervous system” is just a coded way of saying I need to get myself back under control by using some sort of management strategy.

But what if your nervous system wasn’t something to manage??

What if you didn’t need to manage YOU anymore?

What if you could just…. TRUST

That your reactions and responses are… CORRECT?

This is what you get when you learn how to attune to yourself and your nervous system.

Being able to tell when your triggers and all the things you think you need to “regulate” are coming from your traumas…

& when they’re coming from legitimate truth & the discernment of “this is not for me”

Is the foundational skill of inner understanding that will change the entire trajectory of your life.. FOREVER.

With this you become empowered with the ability to handle anything that happens, or that you throw yourself into in life.

From here you can trust yourself to move in the directions you desire and you don’t have to fight with your inner nature and natural pulls.

This is also the place where true confidence comes from…

And even when you ‘get it wrong’ — you misread a situation & end up in a pickle 🥒— it just becomes a lesson. One you can actually learn from, and pick yourself back up and keep moving forward in your life. It’s all part of the journey.

Attuning to your nervous system is you creating a living breathing relationship with yourself through your body + spine.

It’s an in the body experience - not a “look at 3 things in the room you’re in and notice what color they are” experience

sorry but it’s actually way deeper than these types of exercises.

Regulating your nervous system is just a “I need to get myself back under control” orientation and I’m curious - has it worked yet? & are you satisfied with the quality of your life using these strategies?

This Sunday I will be teaching my monthly Listen class @sanctuary.sacramento from 11-1 this is donation based and open to the community. Link is in bio to sign up

The Women Who Roar Spring Equinox Summit was powerful beyond words.

Over 4 transformative days, these amazing women (and others not pictured here) joined hearts and voices together to become their most audacious selves.

This wasn’t a safe space. It was a brave space where we could be as BIG as we truly are.

No hiding. No playing small or dimming our light to make those around us feel comfortable. No stories about intimidating others with our big, bold and audacious visions, backgrounds or goals.

It was a place for lionesses to meet. For tigresses to play. For jaguaresses to grow.

If you missed this one, dm me to join our mailing list so you don’t miss the next one.

If you came, thank you! The work continues in our private member’s only group.

Celebrating to powerful women out there with hearts bursting with love, who are not just holding the vision for the New Earth, they’re actively building it.

Aho! 🐆🐅🍃☀️🌙🌎🌹
