Still taking this all in. 🥹🤍

What started as an idea turned into a beach full of people moving, laughing, sweating, connecting and showing up for one another.

This is what growth looks like to me. Not just bigger numbers or bigger events—but deeper relationships, new friendships, and a community that continues to pour into each other.

So grateful for every person who came out, every vendor and partner who believed in the vision, and everyone who helped bring this day to life.

Long Beach, thank you for reminding us what community really feels like. 🌊☀️

We’re growing… and we’re just getting started. 🤍

100° outside and somehow Long Beach STILL showed up. 🥵🤍

Yesterday was so much more than a run and Pilates on the beach. Watching the communities of OM Sculpt + Run562 come together, move together, sweat together (A LOT 😂), and support one another was something really special.

We’re so thankful for every single person who came out, brought a friend, laid down a mat, ran some miles, danced with us, laughed with us, and stayed even when the sun decided to turn our beach Pilates into actual hot Pilates. 😂

And to all of our incredible vendors, sponsors, DJ, photographers/videographers, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring this day to life — THANK YOU. You didn’t just show up for an event, you showed up for this community.

Long Beach, we felt the love. 🫶🏼
OM Sculpt x Run562 might just have to do this again…

Actually… 👀
Consider this your little teaser. Round 2? 🤭

Until next time, LB. 🤍🏃‍♀️🔥🧘‍♀️#run562lbc #omsculptpilates #pilates #beachpilates #matpilates @vigorosapress @themixedbeautybar @lb_deuce_production_drone @saintcharles__ @girasellagrip @sparkling_wellness_bar @jugosuperfoods @bloomsbyems @nursenicole.injects @bleuviewater @zinzinoofficial @handstoharmony @palmmatcha.la @dfyne.official @midniiight.official @celsiusofficial taken in Long Beach, California by @meesosculpted

195 lbs ➡️ 145 lbs 🥊

Same girl.
Same fight.
Different mindset.

I didn’t stop fighting — I just became stronger, healthier, and more confident along the way.

50 lbs down. Still swinging. 🥊🔥

Your starting point doesn’t define where you finish. @dfyne.official

I didn’t become a fitness instructor because fitness always came easy to me.

I became one because I know what it feels like to struggle. To feel uncomfortable in your own body. To fight for your physical and mental health. To start over again and again.

And somewhere along the way, I found strength, freedom and JOY. 🤍

I’ve devoted my life to God, fitness, and becoming the woman I was created to be.

Now, everything I’ve learned, lived through, and overcome—I want to pour into YOU.

I don’t coach from perfection.
I coach from experience.

Come as you are. Let’s get stronger together. 🫶🏼 #matpilates #pilates #renewpilates #christianfitness # by @meesosculpted

Pilates, but make it oceanfront. 🌊🔥
Good energy. Good people. One heck of a burn.
See you at the next one. 👀 #matpilates #pilates #beachpilates #omsculptpilates taken in Long Beach, California by @meesosculpted

Nothing hits like the silent drive home with the windows down… after blasting music and yelling at 20 women for 45 minutes straight. 😂
