Another fantastic instructor workshop this weekend at the wonderful @verapilateshtx 🤍 The US showed uo and showed OUT!🥵🤏So honored to share my Form + Force strength method with 10 AMAZING WOMEN! Coming all the way from all over Texas, California, and Colombia, these ladies are the picture of dedication. I’m so grateful to be apart of their journey, and can’t wait to see what they’ll do next!

Beach event 2 of the weekend and October was still out here acting like JULY. ☀️

But give us sunshine, ocean views, a supportive community and an Apple Yuzu Glow and we’re not complaining. 🍎

@meesosculpted you ATE girl ! @run562lbc it was nice meeting your running members , you are all a supportive community and @omsculptpilates thank you for always allowing us to be a part of your events 🫶.

Sunday morning Pilates… but make it BEACHFRONT. 🌊☀️🧘🏾‍♀️

We spent the morning at the Long Beach Community Run + Pilates with @run562lbc × @omsculptpilates and it was such a vibe — movement, music, local vendors, family time and Pilates right on the beach.

And yes… Malaika got in on the Pilates too 😂🤍

Loved seeing so many local businesses come together for a morning centered around wellness + community.
