My heart goes out to the victims and their families.
We live in an increasingly dark world. There’s a battle being fought—not just physically, but spiritually.
Thank God for @kmgiamanco and his warrior heart. 🙏
My prayer is that eyes and hearts will be opened to truth. That good men and women will rise up.
That we will no longer be passive or silent.
We say hell no.
Jesus said the gates of hell would not prevail against His Church.
That doesn’t just mean we can stand and defend—it means we can boldly storm the gates.
Ephesians 6:10-18 (NIV)
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark

If you’re a C-class shooter and you feel average, the classification system is lying to you.
USPSA and IPSC classes are just percentages of the best classifier scores. Grand Master is 95%+, Master 85–95%, A 75–85%, B 60–75%, C 40–60%. It’s a tool so matches stay fair—not a report card on whether you’re a good shooter.
A solid C-class competitor is already better with a handgun than the vast majority of people who own and carry guns. Most people rarely train under time pressure, movement, or decision-making. You do.
This system works a lot like school grades. A (or Master/GM) becomes “good,” and anything under it starts to feel like failing—even when your actual skill is high. When the letter becomes the goal, plateaus feel like personal failure and people burn out.
Track better things: clean stages, specific skills, top 10 or 20 in your division, and whether you’re still improving and enjoying it. Classification is useful. Treating it like your identity is what creates the problem.
Your worth as a shooter isn’t in the letter. Keep building the skill. Protect the joy.

I take immense pride in days like this.
She showed up timid. Sweet. A complete beginner.
Five hours later she was shooting better than most people will ever shoot.
Not because I handed her a miracle. Because she came with the right mindset, soaked up every piece of information, applied it immediately, and didn’t waste a single round.
She’s a natural. And I refused to treat her like she wasn’t.
Too many instructors hold the next lesson hostage. “Oh you’ll get that in the next class.” That’s not teaching. That’s a business model.
If a student is capable, teach them. Meet them where they are and push past the line most beginner classes never cross.
I was given more by my instructor when I was ready. I do the same.
Some people need more time. That’s okay. But I believe women are more capable than they realize — and more capable than the average instructor is willing to find out.
Today I got to watch a woman discover exactly how much she already had in her.
That’s the work I’m proud of.
*Side Note*
I train every beginner on a Glock 17. Not a micro. Not a compact.
Small pocket pistols are harder to control, flip more, and make accuracy almost impossible to teach. That is how you send a new shooter home wondering why they “can’t hit anything” and doubting themselves.
Full-size 9mm first. Better grip. Less flip. Real accuracy. Safer. Then it all transfers to a carry gun.
Women who think they can’t handle a full-size pistol find out they can. They’re deadly with it. And the whole day is a hell of a lot more fun.

2-gun girly traded the range for the Hyrox floor this weekend and I’m so glad I did.
Signed up for my sister-in-law, showed up with limited training, and still finished strong. Every station I looked up and my family was right there cheering. The best part? That look in my girls’ eyes.
