What I thought was a normal Sunday brunch with the girls turned into the sweetest surprise — a 10 YEAR anniversary party for @reileyandrose 🥹💗

I have truly never been so surprised or felt so loved in my entire life. You guys sure know how to make a girl feel special.

It’s hard to wrap my head around the fact that it’s been TEN YEARS since we started this ride.

Hundreds of weddings. Thousands of miles driven. More bouquets than I could ever count. A million late nights, early mornings, flower-filled cars, big dreams, happy tears and memories I’ll carry with me forever.

I still remember the very humble beginnings — working until 3 A.M. to finish a wedding, then recruiting Mom, Dad and just about any friend I could convince to come help me set it all up the next morning.

And somehow, those days turned into this.

Now I get to have @lyssahaley by my side every day, an incredible team of girls who pour their hearts into this business alongside me, and the opportunity to design weddings I once only dreamed would be possible.

There were so many days I prayed for this. I prayed for the weddings. I prayed for the growth. I prayed for the people. I prayed that this little dream of mine could become something real.

And looking around that room today, I realized just how many of those prayers were answered through people.

The list of people who helped get Reiley + Rose here is a mile long.

To my family and friends who showed up before there was ever a “team.” To every R+R girl who has worked the long days and late nights alongside me. To our incredible couples who trusted us with some of the most important days of their lives. And to the vendor friends who have supported us, recommended us and cheered us on along the way —

Thank you.

Thank you for loving us.
Thank you for trusting us.
Thank you for believing in this dream.

Ten years ago, I could only dream about where Reiley + Rose might go.

Today, I just feel incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come — and so excited for everything still ahead.

Here’s to 10 years of Reiley + Rose.

My favorite part of off season is watching the garden come to life! There’s something about watching and nurturing something you planted from seed - and then enjoying the fruits of your labor. There is literally nothing better than a ripe, home grown tomato. And Aunt Beulah’s family pickle recipe should be sold on a shelf. There’s none better. I’ve put up over 100 quarts of pickles, 24 quarts of hot sauce and bag loads of fresh tomatoes and squash to use throughout the year. And best one yet - we used our zinnias in several @reileyandrose weddings and arrangements we delivered! 🥒🧅🌶️🌼 taken in Reiley + Rose by @megan.reiley
