Meet Meghan Campbell @megnarly and Brandon Birchak @brandonbirchak of Elite Performance Design.

Brandon is a two-time NCAA national champion diver, former Cirque du Soleil performer, and human-performance specialist. Together, he and Meghan work with elite athletes, fighters, performers, and high-performing leaders to improve breathing, recovery, focus, and performance under pressure.

I met Brandon through my friend Steve at @wizlohealth , and after my first conversation with him and Meghan, they invited me to experience their facility. A few days of education and training later, I was in their tank holding my breath far longer than I ever thought possible. I’ll save the number for the video—but I’m already preparing to go further next time.

What they teach goes far beyond holding your breath. It is about controlling your nervous system, staying calm under pressure, and challenging limits your mind has accepted as fixed. EPD has even reported a measured 26% increase in lung volume for one of its elite athletes.

For athletes, fighters, CEOs, and other high performers, EPD offers an entirely different way to level up.

Thank you, Meghan and Brandon, for the education, encouragement, and unforgettable experience.

I’m excited to see all the adventures we have in front of us!
