Fire, Ice, Salt, Volcanic Ash, & Sea
🔥🧊🧂🌋🌊

Iceland 🇮🇸 you are the ultimate love bomber of land of the gods level beauty.

You completely swept me off my feet.
And the love is so real 💚💚💚💚

Your awe inspiring beauty hypnotized me — steam rising off thermal lagoons, holding centuries of fire, every lush cliffside painted in emerald green took my breath away.

This is the kind of beauty that rearranges you. It’s the kind you carry home in your bones long after the plane lands.

Some places you visit.
Others transform you.
Iceland, your special form of magic will stay with me. 💚

If your nervous system is craving this kind of awe inspiring beauty and deep nervous system reset, dm me to design

My first co-bachelorette + bachelor party and I’m officially a fan. ✨🫶💕

Cabo was 10/10: good people, great laughs, questionable choices, and enough stories to last until the wedding. Can’t wait to celebrate S&K again in 11 days! 💍👰🤵🏼💕

Meet Meghan Campbell @megnarly and Brandon Birchak @brandonbirchak of Elite Performance Design.

Brandon is a two-time NCAA national champion diver, former Cirque du Soleil performer, and human-performance specialist. Together, he and Meghan work with elite athletes, fighters, performers, and high-performing leaders to improve breathing, recovery, focus, and performance under pressure.

I met Brandon through my friend Steve at @wizlohealth , and after my first conversation with him and Meghan, they invited me to experience their facility. A few days of education and training later, I was in their tank holding my breath far longer than I ever thought possible. I’ll save the number for the video—but I’m already preparing to go further next time.

What they teach goes far beyond holding your breath. It is about controlling your nervous system, staying calm under pressure, and challenging limits your mind has accepted as fixed. EPD has even reported a measured 26% increase in lung volume for one of its elite athletes.

For athletes, fighters, CEOs, and other high performers, EPD offers an entirely different way to level up.

Thank you, Meghan and Brandon, for the education, encouragement, and unforgettable experience.

I’m excited to see all the adventures we have in front of us!
