35 was one for the books - immense change brought growth, resilience, softness & patience. Relationships were strengthened, new destinations explored, & plenty of late-night taco trucks were enjoyed. Excited to see what unfolds with 36 ✨ by @megsmaul

We’ve been trying to process the @beardfoundation news all week & all I can say is how proud I am. I’m proud of what we’ve been able to push out of our tiny 13-seater in the last 10 months, but I’m more proud of our @tatemo_htx team for always believing & thankful to our city for the overwhelming support. We were just two kids selling tortillas under a tent 2 years ago 🙏🏻 Here’s a glimpse of the ride taken in Tatemó by @megsmaul

We are honored & humbled for @tatemo_htx to be ranked #8 on the @houstonchron Top 100 restaurants list that was published this morning!

As one of the new kids on the block, being open for only 7 months, we never expected to have the amount of support we have already been blessed with. Thank you to everyone that supported us at the Farmers Markets & to all of our Guests for allowing us to welcome you & cook for you.

We are always learning.
This is just the beginning 🙏🏻

It’s a long but rewarding process Opening hotels! To see a building come to life from construction, to welcoming the first team members, and then to finally welcoming Guests… I love what I do! by @megsmaul

It’s been 5 years since you left us unexpectedly but I remember this day like it was yesterday. I miss your smile, how you’d laugh at your own jokes before you could even tell them, your calls just to tell me how proud of me you were. I listen to your voicemails every now & again just to hear your voice. I miss you Mom, I wish you were here to see us now, but I know you’re watching over us. I love you, snuggle Beau for me by @megsmaul
