Happy Indigenous Peoples Day and Happy National Coming Out Day. For those that don't know this, I am queer and I am also learning about relationship anarchy. I am sharing this publicly because I think representation matters. Growing up in the 90s, I didn't see many role models or much variety presented to me outside of traditional relationship models and gender roles.

I'm finding it fun but also scary to learn, grow, and explore this stuff. I'd love more community. Lastly I am not interested in debates about anything I have shared here. Thanks! ❤️ by @megustas2

This is rose medicine - the ability to fill ourselves up with so much of the sweetness and openheartedness of ourselves that there is no room for anything else. Boundaries fit neatly into place around us like pieces of a puzzle. The heart is at peace, the soul at ease. by @megustas2

I’m back from my second Burning Man. Some mantras that came through during my week in the desert:
“It’s so easy.”
“Be brave.”
“Trust your intuition.”
“Treating myself like a precious object will make me strong.”

Embodying my playa name, Cannonball, I dove in. There was a lot of work before, during, and after the experience that provided the safety and freedom for me to fully let go into the flow and enter this magical playground. The art and importance of play is something that I’ve learned from special mentors and guides throughout my life, including Bodge Burinski-Shelton and David and Paul Stickney. How fortunate I am to have this life, and to have made the choices that have led me here. I’m grateful every single day and even though life is hard (I was literally crying on the ground in the arms of a fellow ED nurse a few weeks ago at System Activate), it’s also so, so easy. And breathtakingly beautiful. by @megustas2
