Okay so clearly my last post just didn’t HIIT. So let’s start over again because life isn’t linear and neither is my path in this world. I’ve said this a lot this month to students. Life and our relationship on a day to day basis with movement isn’t linear. To appreciate where your body is at and celebrate getting out of bed, that’s a WIN. My win this July was teaching awesome students, friends, loved ones. Going to the beach, meeting new friends, doing art, LABUBU loving (also no I’m not naked in that photo I’m wearing pants but we love a deceiving angle) #givingthirst

For real though wear sunblock, hydrate, stretch and have fun with people who empower you this upcoming month. That doesn’t mean we forget what’s going on in the world but if you can take care of yourself you can give way more and give back to communities around the world.

Proud to be Pansexual! 🏳️‍🌈
Had a great time at Providence Pride last month with this lovely bunch. After facing some homophobia last night, I want to shout from my rooftop that I am proud of who I am. I'm fortunate to live in a place where I don't have to hide it, being out is life or death for many in the LGBT+ community. I'm grateful to have supportive friends and family. Shout-out to all my LGBT+ friends and allies on here. Love yourself. 🩷💛💙

6 months of sobriety💚 I’m feeling good. I set out a goal at new years to do a little healing. Throughout the 6 months I’ve been thriving in therapy, my personal goal to teach on my own is happening. As this Scorpio slowly comes out of hibernation it’s been awesome not drinking. I’m not sure if I’ll go back or not. Either way I’m proud that I’ve enjoyed time of clarity and growth. Through that so many things have cleared. Each of these photos mean so much to me because they represent so much growth that I have fought hard to achieve. I want to get back into fashion, art, school, movement, traveling, foodie moments. It’s been so nice to grow. 🌳
