🌈 In Loving Memory of our Beloved baby Dexter 🐾
01/06/2015 - 14/05/2024

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear Dexter. He brought endless joy, laughter, and unconditional love into our lives. Our baby wasn't just a pet; he was family—a furry confidant, a loyal companion, and a source of endless comfort.

Thank you, dear Dexter, for blessing our lives with your presence. You will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, sweet little angel. Until we meet again. 🌈🐾 by @mehezabin

Glad to have appeared on Live TV on ET NOW Swadesh- Consumer is King Segment. I spoke about a topic that urgently needs more attention- the impact of junk food on children’s physical and psychological health.

Always grateful for opportunities like these where psychology can reach homes beyond the therapy room. ✨

Grateful to be part of an important conversation at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
I was invited to be on the panel for "The Big Question" on "NDTV Profit", where we examined a key question: Should people rely on AI tools like ChatGPT for health-related advice?

The discussion focused on trust, ethical boundaries, and the psychological implications of using AI in health and mental health contexts- highlighting why informed, human-led decision-making remains essential.
As AI continues to shape everyday health choices, conversations like these are becoming increasingly critical.

Choosing the right mental health professional can feel confusing, especially when the roles of a counsellor, therapist and psychiatrist seem to overlap.

Each brings a different set of skills and expertise, and the right support depends on what you're experiencing, how it's affecting your life, and the kind of care you need.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. And remember, you don't have to wait until things become overwhelming to seek help. Taking that first step is an act of self-care. ❤️

Glad to have shared my clinical perspective on this with Zee News.

Ever switched off your laptop, put your feet up, and still found your mind racing?

That's because physical rest and mental rest are not the same.

Unfinished tasks, constant notifications, deadlines and repetitive thinking can keep your mind in a state of alertness long after the workday ends.

Learning to mentally detach, create boundaries and build small relaxation rituals is an important part of recovery.

Glad to share my clinical perspective in Health & Me on why our brains struggle to switch off — and what we can do about it.

Being medically ready to exercise after a heart attack doesn’t always mean feeling mentally ready. ❤️‍🩹

Fear of another cardiac event can affect confidence, limit activity, and make recovery feel overwhelming. Rebuilding trust in your body is an important part of healing, too.

Glad to have contributed my clinical perspective to NDTV Lifeline on why this fear is normal and how people can gradually regain confidence.

Am I just stressed, or is something more going on?

It’s not always easy to tell the difference between everyday stress and emotional distress that needs attention. But when stress begins affecting your sleep, relationships, work, or ability to cope with daily life, it may be time to pause and seek support.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to consider therapy. You deserve support even when you’re still managing to get through the day.

In a recent feature with Zee News, I contributed to the conversation around recognising when professional mental health support may help.

Seeking help isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a step towards understanding yourself better.

Can we joke about anxiety without realising that we’re minimising someone’s experience?

Humour can be a healthy coping mechanism. But when it becomes a way to dismiss, hide, or trivialise what we feel, it can make it harder to speak up and seek support.

This World Mental Health Day, let’s make room for honest conversations, empathy, and the understanding that not every struggle needs to be laughed away.

Grateful to have been part of the CPD on Stress Management for Nurses on 29th September 2026 at Sir H. N. Reliance Hospital Nursing College.

It was a privilege to share insights on resilience, self-care and emotional well-being with fellow healthcare professionals and even more wonderful to witness such an incredible turnout and response.

Because those who care for others deserve care too. ☺️

Less stress. More resilience. Better care.
