Sometimes losing what you had is how you find what you were meant to do. — My grandfather was a photographer. My father shoots as a hobby. After years in architecture and urban planning, I now make visible what matters, not just through images, but through what I’ve lived myself: transformation. by @melanie.visuals.de
What I do My work is about more than documenting how something looks. I focus on what it communicates: atmosphere, context, movement and human presence. I work with cultural events, socio-cultural projects, portraits and personal brands, creating images, reels and visual content that help people and projects show up with more clarity and intention. Available for: — Cultural events & festivals — Portrait sessions & personal branding — Visual content for projects and campaigns — Short videos, reels and aftermovies Based in Stuttgart 📍 Available locally and internationally. Working in English, German, Spanish & Portuguese 🌻 DM me or send an inquiry through my website to work together. Link in profile ;) by @melanie.visuals.de
A little introduction to who I am :) I come from architecture and urban planning, where I learned to look at cities through people and relationships. That way of seeing slowly became part of how I work with images. Today I work with cultural and social events, campaigns and brands with purpose, and people who want to express who they are 🫶🏽 I’m drawn to projects that feel honest and real. Always open to connect 💚 Pss 🤫 .. I created a new website, link in bio ✨ by @melanie.visuals.de
Ilse & Bernhard, 26.09.2026, umgeben vom Schwarzwald. Anfragen per DM 🤍 by @melanie.visuals.de
It comes in hard, and the curtains have to be drawn. What remains is a slower light. An intimate portrait in the eighth month, a September afternoon at home. Just them and the light through the window. by @melanie.visuals.de
Day 2 Thank you for amazing reel dear @melanie.visuals.de by @melanie.visuals.de
Speichern, oder weiterschicken an die Person, die gerade entscheidet :) - How do you actually tell in advance whether someone is the right fit? I always look at several projects, not just the best pictures. If a signature shows up, it is not a coincidence. And I look at how at ease people seem, that happens beforehand, not in the edit. The rest you notice at the first contact. Is there a question about what it is for, what the images are needed for, how the day runs? Whoever starts like that does not improvise later either. The questions on the dark card are the ones I would ask. Save it, or send it to whoever is deciding right now :) by @melanie.visuals.de
Going to Spain for 10 days. Turned it into a self-challenge. The plan was originally just to visit, and the idea came to me: why not offer mini shootings while I’m there? Couples and families, in distinctive spots around Lorca and Águilas (Murcia region). Something I already do here in Stuttgart, just in a new setting. So this post is also a behind-the-scenes of how I built it. I first built a landing page and filmed a reel (in Spanish of course) to become a Meta ad as part of a campaign that starts today. Let’s see if it works 😇 and if it doesn’t, it was worth the try ☺️. Know someone in the area, or interested? Tag them below or send me a message. —-> Want your own session wherever you are? 👀 by @melanie.visuals.de
