Wie erkennt man eigentlich vorher, ob jemand passt?
Ich schaue mir dann immer mehrere Projekte an, nicht nur die besten Bilder. Wenn sich eine Handschrift zeigt, ist das kein Zufall.
Und ich schaue, wie ruhig die Leute auf den Bildern wirken, das passiert vorher, nicht in der Bearbeitung.
Den Rest merkt man schon beim ersten Kontakt.
Wird gefragt, worum es geht, wofür die Bilder sind, wie der Tag läuft? Wer so anfängt, improvisiert später auch nicht.
Die Fragen auf der dunklen Karte würde ich selbst stellen. Speichern, oder weiterschicken an die Person, die gerade entscheidet :)

I always look at several projects, not just the best pictures. If a signature shows up, it is not a coincidence. And I look at how at ease people seem, that happens beforehand, not in the edit.
The rest you notice at the first contact.
Is there a question about what it is for, what the images are needed for, how the day runs? Whoever starts like that does not improvise later either.
The questions on the dark card are the ones I would ask. Save it, or send it to whoever is deciding right now :)
