What an amazing evening 🎻🌟🎻
Im sooo excited to share this post ❤️
I worked hard to stand on this stage and play in this amazing venue — years of practice, persistence, and choosing music even when it was difficult — and I made it.

There were trials, doubts, and people who tried to dim my light and make it hard for me to simply be me.
But I kept showing up. I kept playing. Kept practicing. I kept believing in myself and my dreams

I’m proud of the musician, teacher, mentor — and amazing woman — I’ve become.

A dream I’ve carried since childhood—ever since I first picked up the violin—was to one day perform at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. That dream became a reality… and it still feels surreal.

My life has always been deeply immersed in Celtic music. Over the years, I’ve performed in many bands, danced with my fiddle across countless stages, and attended traditional Scottish, Irish, and Celtic music schools all over the world.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, and one message I hope to share, it’s this: #DareToDream

Because music is more than notes—it’s a language that’s felt in the heart. 🎻❤️

Thank you to everyone, friends and family, who has supported me in my journey. I couldn’t have done it without you. I love you all 🎻❤😘

“Have you practiced?”
Not perfectly.
Not for an hour.
Not until it sounded amazing.

Just… practiced.

Because here’s the truth —
Confidence doesn’t come first.
Motivation doesn’t come first.

Practice comes first.
Some days it’s 10 minutes.
Some days it feels messy.
Some days you don’t feel like it at all.

But every time you pick up your violin,
you’re voting for the musician you want to become.

So I’ll ask again…
Have you practiced today? 🎻
Even 5 minutes counts.
Even one scale counts.
Even one run-through counts.

Years ago, a teacher told me
I had no future as a musician.
No career.
No real chance.
They said I should “be realistic.”

I remember walking away feeling crushed.
Small.
Embarrassed for even dreaming.
But here’s what they didn’t know…
Dreams don’t ask permission.

They don’t wait for approval.
They don’t shrink just because someone else can’t see your vision.

Today I run my own academy.
I perform.
I teach.
I inspire.
I watch students light up when they realise they CAN do this.

And every time one of my students says,
“I didn’t think I could…”I smile.
Because I know exactly how that feels.

If someone has ever told you
“You can’t.”
“You’re not good enough.”
“That’s not realistic.”

Let this be your reminder:
Dream bigger.
Work quietly.
Prove loudly.
