Stainless steel pans aren’t scary. They just need patience. YOU CAN DO THIS! 💪

Start with a dry pan on medium heat and give it at least 2 minutes to warm up. Don’t rush this part. One way I check is the water drop test but my everyday test is oil. When you add oil and it gets thin and moves easily around the pan, you’re good. If it stays thick and doesn’t spread, the pan isn’t hot enough yet.

Add your food and then leave it alone. This is the hardest part. If you try to move it too soon, it’ll stick. If you let it sit, it releases on its own and you get that golden crust.

And if it sticks, that’s okay. Stainless steel is a lot of trial and error. Mine stuck the first few times too. Splash in a little water or broth while the pan is hot and everything lifts right off.

Keep trying. Once it clicks, stainless steel becomes one of the easiest pans to cook with!

Creamy Protein Oats 🥣
300 calories. 30g protein.

Blend, cook, done.

• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup Fairlife milk
• 25g protein powder

Whisk together, cook on medium heat, stir until thick + creamy (3–5 mins). Or microwave for 1.5 minutes and stir halfway through.

Top with whatever you want 🍓🍫🥜

Another healthy cake you could eat for breakfast, and I probably will! Coconut Cake 🥥 recipe below 👇

Soft, naturally sweet, and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (around 300g mashed)
2 large eggs
80 g maple syrup
50 g coconut oil (melted)
60 g seed butter (I used Kirkland nuts and seed butter)
5 g vanilla extract
90g oat flour
65 g almond flour
6 g baking powder
3 g salt
40 g coconut flakes
Optional: 60 g chopped nuts or chocolate chips )

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment.
2. In a large bowl, mash banana until smooth.
3. Whisk in eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, seed butter, and vanilla until fully combined.
4. Add oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
5. Fold in coconut flakes and chopped nuts. Batter should be thick but scoopable.
6. Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to cool completely before slicing.
