grey transition phase 2 complete! i love the beautiful results my ammonia-free color gives 🥰 last year melissa was so over doing her own black box dye at home and she switched to doing demi-permanent for a few months before deciding to just let it grow out.

phase 1 was about integrating the white roots through the dark ends and also integrating the dark ends into the white roots. the big smile at the end of the appointment is the confirmation that we were moving in the riggt direction.

phase 2- required a softer touch with the application, the natural uncolored hair was 2” longer than at her first appointment and she was ready to see more of it through her ends and less of the dark. big smiles again 🤗 by @melealberta

it’s been so much fun helping pam feel sexy while growing in some of her natural grey. turning black box dye into soft honey highlights and dark brown lowlights that blend perfectly with her natural grey/white. her updated look was was easily achieved with my gentle on the hair non-ammonia haircolor 💖 and with the fine sections of a babylight her outgrowth comes in painlessly and it’s super easy for her to go 8 weeks between retouches. by @melealberta

💖Alison’s Amazing Color Transformation Journey Through Her Personal Pics💖 swipe 👉🏽 to see where we started and how it’s progressed over the last 14 months. it’s been so much fun helping her let go of having her roots touched up every 3 weeks to letting some of her natural grey/white hair come through. from the first transformation session it was clear how happy she was going to be taking this journey, from the smile in her face to the way her complexion warmed up from the new more natural looking color range. all of this was done with ammonia-free color 🤗 by @melealberta

grey blending session 1. grey blending and making clients smile are two of my favorite things 🤗 this client came in with 6 months of black box dye outgrowth, she knew she was done with full coverage hair color and really wanting a creative solution to the two-tone obvious outgrowth she’d been enduring. i was more than happy to have her in my chair to help her find her new sexy. the smile says it all 🤗 we were both so happy with the results my ammonia-free grey blending transformation brought to her hair 🥰 by @melealberta

it’s so comforting to see this sign of recovery. i told myself that i would give my hair a year post-surgery to see if my hair was growing back before engaging in any hair restoration nutrition or products other than adding extensions. just like i would have w any client. this is life post-hysterectomy and oophortectomy. still working on getting the right hormone balance. however, these hairs- this regrowth- are filling my heart w so much encouragement after the last 16 months 💖 by @melealberta
