ok friends. it’s that time and you know I love a ritual. Something to seed amid the flux. what experiences in 2024 need re-examining , what energies. habits or patterns are you leaving behind in 2024? What aspects of yourself are you ready to forgive? Honor this evening in a mindful practice together. tune in to a Live , New Year’s Eve at 8:45 PM. #celebrationoflifeceremony #ritualcoach #newparadigm

Ever the lone wolf, residing mostly in my masculine thinking I have to do it all myself. never asking for help while mentoring and mothering many. It’s my time, to be poured into, to be mentored, to have a space, to be in a container and held and guided by community. For a few days I found forgiveness for myself, worthiness and belonging participating in a mastermind. I listened to energetic vibe high manifestors of all types in the beauty space. Mostly I deeply connected to this container, a space just for me. somewhere to let my shadows out to play , to grow my business by healing my money trauma. A place to play. For me it’s a huge stretch, and there is fear for this 60 year old women who feels time slipping away, for this wild women who want to stop playing small. To have a final season of abundance of time, money, love and connection. and I need a little help. Thank you @heyelizabethfaye for 6 hours of deep diving into myself and the possibilities. I’m hoping you consider me a candidate for scholarship. It’s time to shine. #transcend #spark #truth #transform

Sundays are for adventuring. I make a point to get out early, get myself lost, invite along a fellow curious traveler friend to hit the back roads and discover new places , views and landscapes I’ve never seen before. I’ll be back to camp soon China Camp allows overnight camping which seems like a bayside adventure!!!! .

What would we do without our coworkers? Even though we’re spread out, and not working in the same space anymore a few of these folks were part of a bigger work family @jaujoustudio studio which closed during pandemic …..sadly. We’ve all Made our way to better things in the end, but the silly spirit we share still remains. Thanks J*stud friends let’s do it again soon. .

Blessed to be given space and held by these sisters and sister - friends. They truly see me……..in all my splendor and imperfection. As my 60th birthday races towards me I am grateful to tread the next 30 years with these soul sisters.

Antique Flea @ Alameda point with my little friend. So many distractions! It’s been over 2 years since i’ve been to my monthly obsession. So happy to be back for a day of sun, food, and hunting. And meeting new friends! Joy!
