🔥 Full-body burn in under an hour! TRX + cardio is one of my favorite ways to build strength, improve balance, and get my heart rate up, all in one workout.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up. 💪 Who’s training today?
⬇️ Tell me your favorite cardio exercise in the comments!

Not every workout feels easy... but every workout makes me stronger. 💪

This TRX + cardio class pushed my balance, my strength, and my mindset. Looking back at where I started reminds me that progress comes from showing up, even when it’s challenging.

I’m documenting my journey. One workout at a time. ✨

Who’s working on becoming a stronger version of themselves? 👇

Week 14 of my loc journey. It feels so good to leave me hair alone and let it go. It’s so easy to get up and go now, especially being a busy mom of 2. ❤️ #sisterlocks #locs #locstylesforwomen #locsforwomen #4chair by @melissaforrest0713

Week 2 locked 🔒✨
Trusting the process, embracing every stage, and falling in love with my hair all over again.
To every girl thinking about starting her loc journey… DO IT. 🤍 You are not “too early,” your hair is not “too soft,” and you don’t need anyone’s permission.
Watch my transformation🔥
