10.7.24 🎗️💛 🇮🇱 365 days we’ve been fighting to bring our people home. We’ll never stop fighting until they’re all home - every single hostage. I can’t believe it’s been a year. A year of heartbreak, a year of sadness, and a year of uncertainty. Today, on the saddest of days, we find a light in the darkness. Thank you @michaelrapaport for your light, for your advocacy, and for helping us all to keep fighting #bringthemhome 💗@tenshevaphilly #october7th #bringthemhomenow #tensheva #tenshevaphilly #israel #amyisraelchai taken in FAME Philly by @melmelllll

Tikkun Olam is a concept in Judaism, meaning “to repair the world”.

While I often feel hopeless about what’s happening to my people halfway across the world, I know there is always SOMETHING I can do to help repair the world - for my people, and for the future of the people in Gaza. I still have hope. I have hope that most people are inherently good. I have hope that good will prevail over evil. And I have hope for peace for Israelis and Palestinians. We can repair the world together. Please join me in my fundraiser for Friends of the IDF @friends_of_the_idf @idf, so we can bring our people home, eradicate Hamas and their terror tunnels, and bring much needed peace to this region. I will always stand with Israel; Israel is the ONLY democracy in the Middle East. The only place in the Middle East that you can be openly gay. The only army in the world that would implement a humanitarian pause in fighting during a war to vaccinate their enemies’ babies for polio. If you haven’t yet stood up for Israel, or prayed for the return of the hostages, or checked in on your Jewish friends, it isn’t too late. It’s going to be a long road ahead to peace. There are still 101 hostages being held in Gaza, including multiple Americans. I hope you choose to stand on the right side of history, and when all is said and done, I hope you are happy with your decision. But most of all, I hope you still have hope. Am Yisrael Chai. This is for Hersh, and for Eden, and for Ori, and for Alex, and for Carmel, and for Almog. ❤️

Bring them home!!!!!!
