Is Dirty Martini my favourite drink ? 🤔🫣 by @meloree_melo

Time for my #secretsanté post that arrives just at the end of the year 😄 I didn’t post that much this year but I really wanted to participate to the great tradition of Secret Santé of our dear friend Matthias @servedbysoberon ☺️

Despite these last two years being difficult for lots of us, he did a great job all year round and maintained this fun tradition 🎄☺️

This year my post is dedicated to
@robbythebartender 😉
After scrolling his page, I wanted something fun and tropical to remind his colourful universe and of course there’s Campari in there 😆

The main drink is a riff on the jungle bird but I also batched two classics for NYE : Eggnog & Negroni
The choice is yours 😉

Happy New Year Robby 🥳 and everyone 🤞

A Winter Jungle Bird

4,5cl Saint James rhum
1,5cl Campari
1,5cl lime juice
1,5cl pear & garam masala syrup
3cl passionfruit juice
3cl pineapple juice

Glassware: found
Garnish: dehydrated pineapple & mint

My Summer go-to 😎

We don’t have the sun here in Belgium but at least we can have summer in a glass in a minute 😁

A good strawberry infused Aperol or Campari is a good thing to have around for a quick fix 😉
(I personally use strawberries tops or not so good looking ones for infusion)

Strawberry Spritz

6cl strawberry infused Aperol
9cl prosecco
3cl sparkling water

Garnish : fresh strawberries 🍓
Glassware : Duvel

Lazy Monday’s are often made while cooking 👩‍🍳

I would have love to say that some of the tomato pulp accidentally fell into the shaker but you already know that this crazy creation was totally intentional 😆

Leftover fresh tomato pulp ? Let’s make a martini with that!

The only thing not lazy about that is that you have to fine strain your drink but it was worth it 🤤

Tomato dirty Martini 🍸🍅

6cl Gin Mare
1,5cl Martini extra dry vermouth
Pulp of 1 tomato
Pinch of salt

Glassware : Ikea Storhet
Garnish : basil

Collect the pulp of a tomato. Mix everything else then shake with icecubes. Fine strain in a chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh basil.
