We don’t have the sun here in Belgium but at least we can have summer in a glass in a minute 😁
A good strawberry infused Aperol or Campari is a good thing to have around for a quick fix 😉
(I personally use strawberries tops or not so good looking ones for infusion)
Strawberry Spritz
6cl strawberry infused Aperol
9cl prosecco
3cl sparkling water
Garnish : fresh strawberries 🍓
Glassware : Duvel

Looks so good! I actually prefer to use the tops more than the berries for infusions - I think that little bit extra green/vegetal quality is nice
