How was your 4th of July?

Oh, you know… just planning my sister’s wedding in a day. 🤪💍

From finding out on Thursday that she was engaged, to her telling me she wanted to get married surrounded by family—which meant the wedding was happening in just two days—to her best friend (pictured here 🤍) hopping on a last-minute flight from Arizona so she could be there, and my nephew getting ordained so he could officiate the ceremony… it was all a little wild.

But the way everything came together so effortlessly, we all knew it was exactly how it was meant to be.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen my sister this happy. She was absolutely radiant, glowing from the inside out, and it was such a gift to witness the joy on her face as she married the love of her life.

It’s been a long journey to get here, but every twist and turn led to this moment. Seeing her this happy reminded me that God’s timing is always worth trusting. My heart is so full knowing this is just the beginning of a beautiful road ahead for the two of them.

I had the opportunity to do such a fun interview where I got to answer all kinds of questions about colonics—what a typical day looks like, the questions I get asked most often, the assumptions people make, and all the ups, downs, and everything in between.

I never imagined this is where life would take me, but I’m so incredibly grateful for the journey. The highs, the lows, the good, the bad, and even the messy moments have all helped shape who I am today. 🤍

Happy Father’s Day to the best dad. ❤️

I still remember all the conversations we had when we weren’t sure if parenthood was the path for us. Looking back now, I’m so grateful we took this journey together.

Watching you become a father has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. You are kind, loving, patient, and steady in all the ways that matter most. Our child is so lucky to have you, and so am I.

I wouldn’t change a single thing about our story. Thank you for showing up every day with so much love and care.

So this is 35. ✨

First, I want to say that fostering a child is not for the faint of heart. It is beautiful, messy, heartbreaking, healing, uncertain, and filled with more love than I ever imagined.

Without a doubt, this sweet little girl has been the highlight of my 34th year. She has brought so much joy, laughter, growth, and perspective into our lives. She has touched not only our hearts, but the hearts of so many people around her.

One thing fostering has taught me is that you truly have to take it one day at a time. You learn to celebrate the little moments, hold on tightly to the good days, and trust that each day is a gift.

Baby girl, we love you more than words can express. We are so incredibly blessed and grateful that you are part of our story. I love that we share a birthday month, and I cannot wait to celebrate you later this month. 🎂💕

Thank you for making 34 a year I will never forget.

Better late than never… but yesterday marked 5 years since I took one of the biggest leaps of my life and bought this business. 🤍

It’s honestly hard to put into words how much this journey has changed me.

These last five years have been filled with so many highs, lows, lessons, challenges, victories, tears, growth, and gratitude. There have been seasons that felt exciting and effortless… and seasons that felt incredibly heavy. Moments where I questioned everything, and moments where I felt so deeply aligned with exactly where I was meant to be.

Owning this business has challenged me in ways I never expected, but it has also shaped me into someone stronger, wiser, and more grateful than I could have imagined.

What I didn’t fully realize when I started this journey was just how much it would impact not only my life… but ours.

To my husband @drghostspecialmotorcyles — thank you. Thank you for being my constant support, my sounding board, my strength on the hard days, and such an important part of the everyday behind the scenes. From the daily tasks, the long days, the problem solving, the encouragement, and simply believing in me even when I doubted myself… I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

This business may have started as my dream, but it has become such a huge part of our life together, and I am so incredibly grateful to have a partner who has poured so much into this journey with me.

I truly can’t believe how fast five years has gone, and at the same time… how much life has changed because of one decision.

Here’s to every season, every lesson, every challenge, and every blessing that got us here.

And a day later 🤪… happy anniversary, my love.

Twelve years of knowing you.
Eleven years of choosing each other.
Three and a half of those spent oceans apart — seeing you only once a year, but somehow feeling you with me every single day.
And five beautiful years of marriage that have taught me what love really means.

It’s funny that your birthday and our anniversary fall back-to-back — it’s like the universe wanted to give me two reasons in a row to celebrate you. 💫

Every year with you feels like a story unfolding — full of adventure, laughter, quiet mornings, and all the in-between moments that make a life. You’ve been my calm, my chaos, my greatest adventure, and my home all at once.

Thank you for loving me through every version of myself, for making ordinary days feel like magic, and for reminding me that love isn’t just something we fall into — it’s something we keep choosing.

Today is my best friend’s 30th birthday. ♥️🎉

I can’t believe how time has flown. They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, and I’ve come to truly understand what that means. Even though you moved away, our friendship has only grown stronger with time. No amount of miles could ever change the bond we share.

I feel so blessed to have you in my life. Someone I can always talk to, someone who understands me without judgment, and someone whose heart is as genuine and kind as they come. You have such a beautiful spirit, gentle, loving, and full of light. You always see the good in people and the beauty in life, and you push me to dream bigger and be better just by being who you are.

You’re such an inspiration, and I’m so grateful for every laugh, every deep talk, and every memory we’ve shared. I can’t wait for all the years of friendship still ahead. I hope today reminds you of how deeply loved you are, not just by me but by everyone lucky enough to know you.
