Dropped into Freelance - Single Origin Coffee in Newport Beach, CA after a fun family Puppy Yoga class — and wow, what an experience! They roast all single origin coffee, and it’s absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly too (huge thanks to my sister for the great suggestion!).

This is definitely one of those spots I’ll be visiting again next time I’m in the area.

All the puppy love in Costa Mesa 🐶🧘‍♀️
Shoutout to my brother @digitalkyle for finding @puppy_yogaclub! My sister-in-law, sisters, and even my daughter joined me for an hour of light stretching, nonstop laughter, and the cutest cuddles. Honestly, who can say no to a good puppy snuggle?

They’ve got locations all over—check them out and try this fun, relaxing class with your friends and family. 10/10 feel-good vibes!

Meet Sunep and Melissa, one of the sweetest couples we’ve had on the show! ☺️ When Sunep moved to America, what he missed most wasn’t a place... it was the taste of home. He started cooking over FaceTime with his mum, learning her recipes one dish at a time but there’s one thing he still can’t recreate: her love. 🥺❤️

What’s the one dish from your mum or someone you love that never tastes quite the same when you make it yourself? Share it with us below.👇

The last 2 weeks were a blur from traveling through 6 states and driving over 4,000 miles but, it was all worth it in the end. For the next week I’m going to post a picture of someone I got to see along the way.

Today’s spot light @meltheoz owner of @your_inner_health in Costa Mesa California. My baby sister and one of my best friends. We had such a great time together going to the gym, making family meals, going for coffee and just hanging out together. The only thing that made me sad was leaving. Living so far away from family is hard although I cherished every second we got to spend together. Thank you Lissa for taking time out of your busy schedule to hang out with me it was amazing.

This week has been amazing, spending quality time with family.

But I’ve still prioritized my daily walk and even hit the gym with my sister—such fun!

One thing I’ve learned on my health journey is that it’s about self-care and feeling good about myself. It’s not the pounds I’ve lost; it’s the effort I’ve put in.

Committing to becoming a better version of ourselves can be tough, but once you make that choice, the results are so worth it. That’s why working out and walking are priorities for me, no matter where I am. It’s the daily choices we make that create the complete picture.
