A re-introduction is LONG overdue!
HII🥰 ! I’m Ali- intuitive energy worker, hairstylist, and co-founder of @mennobeauty , a magical space in SacraMENNO, CA that I created alongside my best friend @shaylamenno to foster healing, beauty, and community.

I’ve been a hairstylist for 16 years, and those years behind the chair shaped me into the intuitive I am today. Holding space for clients and helping them express their inner selves nurtured my empathic gifts and began my journey into energy work.

In 2018, I began formal training in the healing arts, earning certifications in Reiki, sound therapy, and psychic reading. Since then, I’ve deepened my practice in intuitive development to support emotional and energetic alignment for everyone I work with.

My newest(& fave) offering at Menno is the Crown Ritual, a Japanese head spa experience blending scalp treatments with sound and energy healing for a full nervous system reset. Each session is designed to calm, clear, cleanse, nourish, and reconnect you to your inner light. (For my hair work, follow @colour.me.ali 💫)

I come from a long line of Celtic witches, identifying most as a kitchen witch- grounded in spirit, earth magic, herbs, and homegrown healing. My garden is my sanctuary, where I grow plants I later use in recipes, rituals, and potions.

I share my life with my partner @lucamraule , our rescue crew- three dogs (Maeve, Henry & Nova) and our cat who rules the roost, Gucci Mange. We’re homebodies who love cooking, reading, and crafting with our fur babies snuggled up. You’ll find us at the gym, exploring new Midtown restaurants, or sneaking away to the coast whenever we can.

I’m also a passionate traveler (14 countries and counting😝 blame my Sagittarius placements). Costa Rica is my home away from home, where I visit family as often as possible.

Since 2020, my platform has grown from 2k to 180k+ of you (HOW!?🥲). What started as sharing my work and silly vids has become a community centered in connection, healing, and everyday magic.

This page is a mix of head spa, energy work, witchy sh*t, travel, and my real life.🌈🧙🏻‍♀️
I’m so grateful you’re here! Thanks for sharing this journey with me♥️ taken in City of Trees by @mennomystic

Spend the day with me as a salon owner in midtown Sacramento @mennobeauty 🌹 This is what a typical day looks like when I’m not behind the chair or in the treatment room with my clients.

Supporting our staff, and this space FILLS my cup. It’s been so cool to see how much we have grown in just one year🥲

Mabon + autumn equinox blessings 🍂❤️
One of my favorite ways to welcome in fall is by washing the summer off of our porch. I always keep my cinnamon brooms from years past to clean with
