When your girlfriend becomes your model 🥰❤️‍🔥 thanks cutie @mystichealingwithali

This piece of equipment is GREAT to throw in for glutes, but there are some cons to it. If you’re already doing RDLs and squats on your leg day, I probably wouldn’t suggest adding these in to the mix.

I also see people holding the weight around their stomach which may feel badass, but isn’t going to be as challenging as holding it around head height lol

Ali surprised me with a couple of nights away at @highmountainhaus for my birthday and it was exactly what I needed 🥰

so happy to make new memories with you, cutie. I’m going to cherish you forever ❤️‍🔥

(And special thanks to my mom @sue_mraule for watching 5 animals even when zeta got an upset stomach lol)

I’m VERY passionate about mental health.

I’ve struggle with my own before with anxiety and depression and I’m very grateful I’ve made a space people feel comfortable and safe to talk about their feelings.

I’ve had some real deep and raw conversations in this room and I hold all of them close.

I don’t care if you need a space to unload some heavy emotions or just want to share something silly and embarrassing.

I’m here for you 🖤

Comment some of your favorite ways to take care of your mental health.
