everytime I come to China I always leave so inspired by the trainers here.

the hours of hard work, the community culture & passion that drives the representation of who they are & what they stand for to give back to their people to evolve together is honestly top tier 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

vol is high in the training, music, experience & cause.

this round our teams at @lesmills & @aesiummusichouse partnered up w @unicef to create Workout 4 The World.

we came up with an idea to create an album that you can purchase on vinyl with tracks made by Les Mills x Aesium Music House to support our workouts but also this cause w unicef.

every donation or vinyl purchase goes to kids in need all around the world 🌍

catch yah in class/ listening party soon 🎵🦾⚡️
