POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Barcelona, you gave me one of the best weeks of my career. 🇪🇸

From practicing the script at home, to rehearsing a few days before, to watching my friends shine on stage and then living my own filming day.

I learned that the big moments are built in the small ones: the hours of practice, the rehearsals, and the people beside you.

Thank you, Les Mills, for the opportunity, and to my friends for the inspiration. So proud, so grateful, and always learning. 🙏💛

ME SIENTO AFORTUNADA

🇳🇿 I think it’s impossible to describe everything that goes on behind a Les Mills filming… the nerves, the preparation, the hard work, the effort, the excitement, so many emotions, and such a huge responsibility.

I feel so lucky to have been able to share this journey with several of my teammates and to have experienced it alongside almost all of them.

It’s hard to capture all of this in a video… because the most important things are the memories, the little moments, the stories, and the feelings… and those are impossible to put into words or images. All I can ask is that I never forget any of what I’ve experienced.

THANK YOU to everyone who chose the Les Mills Dance class to be part of this experience, to everyone who came over to give me a hug, to those who took the time to say a few kind words, and above all, to @lesmills.es and @lesmills for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to experience something like this.

Now it’s time to process everything I’ve been through, and that… isn’t easy either…

I FEEL SO BLESSED. ❤️

Some experiences leave a mark on your heart forever. ❤️🔥

Filming LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT 110 at Les Mills Live Barcelona was one of those unforgettable moments.

Being part of something so much bigger than yourself, surrounded by incredible people who share the same passion, energy, and purpose, was truly inspiring and deeply fulfilling. Every rehearsal, every challenge, every moment of pushing beyond my limits reminded me why I fell in love with this journey in the first place.

Standing on that global stage was more than just a professional milestone. It was a reminder of how far passion, hard work, consistency, and believing in yourself can take you. Behind every moment were years of dedication, countless classes, and a love for what we do that goes far beyond the workout itself.

I’m leaving Barcelona with a full heart, unforgettable memories, new connections, and an even deeper appreciation for this incredible community. Grateful for the trust, the opportunity, and everyone who made this experience so special.

We don’t just teach BODYCOMBAT. We inspire people to discover their strength, push beyond their limits, and become more than they thought possible. And being part of a team that brings that message to the world is something I will never take for granted.

Barcelona, you will always have a special place in my heart. 🌍❤️
