serving Shokupan daily at Culver City

this Japanese loaf, known for its soft and fluffy texture is baked by Ginza Nishikawa, experts in making exceptional quality loaves. the recipe features fresh cream, butter, honey, alkaline iodized water, and Japanese flour for a light, pillowy texture and milky flavor.

happy national coffee day

as we approach 13 years since opening our first coffee stop on Windward Avenue in Venice, we’re grateful to have found our own place within the long standing tradition of coffee as a means of bringing people together. from the farmers who tend the soil to our roasters @catandcloud and the cups poured each day, every step is part of the story.
