The @telos_golf App is live.

We bring evidence-based, sustainable human performance principles to your practices, competitive rounds and moments of reflection.

Your experience starts with an introduction to get to know your coaches & understand our philosophy.

Next you are brought to your assessment. Upon completion of our 20 question proprietary scouting report, you will receive a personalized performance enhancement journey filled with games, drills, activities, videos and readings to enhance your strengths and fill the gaps in your development.

Once you engage in a few app experiences and unlock next level features, you will be granted access to establish pre-round goals, post-round reflections & create clear practice ambitions.

All your experiences and answers are recorded in your personal journal so you can continue to reflect & refine as you go.

We will be hosting member-only events and creating content that’s only available to our telos golf members as we go. This is why we’ve gone with an app that can grow & evolve with you on your journey rather than a book that soon gets stale, forgotten & collects dust on your shelf.

The telos team brings more than a half-century (yes - we’re old & experienced, yet embrace the power of human performance technology) to your game.

@ajgagolf has had a huge influence on me. As the East Wyndham Cup captain for 3 years back in the early 2000s, being around some of the top junior boys & girls in the world, a spark of curiosity continued growing within me. I was on a quest to discover what it takes to become one of the top 3% performers in the world in any given domain.
From there, the mentorship of @docnails74 at @bostonu forged a partnership that has continued to evolve over the past 2 decades.
Now we collectively bring @telos_golf to life.

Some of the worst advice out there is “fake it till you make it.”

The “struggle” is the way. Confidence (sustainable confidence) comes from experiencing and therefore knowing we can endure our challenges. Gaining security in knowing we can handle them (and eventually realizing challenge makes us better) establishes a secure pathway (aka process) to knowing we can endure anything that comes our way.

Please don’t try to fake success. Live out your values, learn, welcome the struggle and enjoy what unfolds.

Happy Father’s Day to the best dad out there!

He’s the dad who is always right alongside Luca- kayaking, biking, skating, rafting, hiking, surfing, water sliding, swimming, fishing, golfing, you name it - you’ll find him alongside Luca with the joyful energy of a twenty year old.

He’s holding down the fort today on Father’s Day- just like he’s done for so many years while I’m off working. And yet, he always does it with a smile and tons of love. Thank you for being you. You’re the best for us! ❤️ by @mentalcoachmatt
