Reflecting on my lovely experience during the Scene Not Heard panel at BlackStar 2026. Sharing the stage with Dyana Williams, Tina Morton and Deesha Dyer in celebration of Maori Karmael Holmes' film was a full circle moment. It was a blessing to join the conversation around the importance of the film and its role in capturing the spirit of a movement. To witness the love and appreciation that remains for Black Lily, The Jazzyfatnastees, and our contributions to Philadelphia musical history was a moving, heartwarming experience I'll never forget. I'm so grateful to have been a part of this well deserved tribute. Congratulations again to @maorikarmael! You continue to amaze and inspire me.🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽 Thank you to @jrenee.music for the footage!😘🤗 by @mercesingerwriter

I'm feeling excited and vulnerable about this next step but this whole process has been about embracing the feelings and trusting the process. "My Guy" is out on the 6th, the first single from my first ever solo album. It's been a long road to get here and I'm committed to seeing where it leads me. ✨️🎶✨️These photos were taken by the super talented Liliana Salinas @lilyb562
