my heart is absolutely broken. I’ve spent the past week trying to come up with the right words to say, but there simply are none. there are no words to truly describe the emptiness and devastation I have felt this past week, and will continue to feel for the rest of my life.

josh, you are the best big brother I could have ever asked for. from teaming up to tease lily, to exploring together on family vacations, to late night food runs, and listening to new music together, I will miss every moment we have spent together. you have taught me so much throughout the years, and I will cherish all of our many memories forever. I would choose you to be my big brother in every lifetime.

today you would have been 27. we should have been celebrating together. this is so unfair, and you didn’t deserve this. you had such a bright future ahead of you. everything I do from now on will be for you. we will take the best care of mocha for you.

it breaks my heart knowing you won’t get to be there on my wedding day, or be uncle josh to my kids one day. there will always be a hole in my heart, and our family will never be the same without you. I will miss you every second of every day. you can finally get the rest you deserve. I know you are getting a juice wrld concert up there, and i know bailey, maxie, and busha were waiting for you with open arms and are so excited to see you. i can’t wait to give you the biggest hug next time i see you. i love you so much josh. happy heavenly birthday🕊️❤️ by @meredithhenryy
