Final review round up! Some love for the book, music and lyrics from @ayoungishperspective @beyondcurtain and @theatreandartsreviews (as well as the @fringetheatreawards ) @robbie.hebert and I are thrilled to see so much enthusiasm from audiences and press alike for the show in its first form. But there is no rest for the wicked and we are already deep in rewrites for the next development. 📸 @krodphotographyuk by @merileeettia

Our workshop of Firebrand has received a @fringetheatreawards festival award 🥉. We’re thrilled with such a positive response so early in the process and are really excited for the future of the show. by @merileeettia

Some more love for our phenomenal cast, this time from @beyondthecurtain. Our @laransmyth @ml.poischbeg @caitlyn.calfas and @kierancap really are spectacular.

A headstrong girl like Julie is gonna need a lot of help as she begins to navigate the hidden queer world in 17th century France. Fortunately, she’ll have plenty of guidance from Philippe and The Chevalier played by real life couple @ml.poischbeg and @carlodowd

My heart is far too full for a proper post just yet.

But for now, goodbye Dorothy and everyone who brought Oz to life. Love you over the rainbow and back again. #wizardofoz #wickedwitch #dreamshow #dreamrole by @merileeettia

ONE YEAR AGO TODAY: My Off West End debut

I learned SO MUCH from this job, from swinging a musical (with split tracks and preview debuts) to playing an instrument onstage for the first time.

Missing my beloved castmates and creatives, who were really the heart of this show

P.S. don’t miss my upcoming historical show, a new queer musical co-written by and featuring yours truly.

💡CITY OF EMBER MUSICAL💡

It’s not everyday you work get to work on a story you’ve loved since childhood.

With a stunning and complex score by @steppazernov and frighteningly current storytelling by @dylzwickel , both the show and the whole workshop process were really special.

Immense gratitude to our amazing creatives including @sorcha.harris1 and fellow Emberites @amyyausten @caitlyn.calfas and of course my beloved on stage boyfriend @samkingsleyjones

While “There’s No Future” for Ember itself, this fantastic show surely has a bright one. #newmusical #originalmusical #cityofember #songofdarkness #theresnofuture #thecityofember by @merileeettia

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST 2025
My very first Panto was VERY special (oh yes it was!). Here are just a few of my favourite memories with these amazing people (swipe all the way for the most attractive pic of me ever).

Special thanks to the inimitable @phippsdavis for your guidance & support, as well as the team @brooksidetheatre for this amazing opportunity.

That’s all for now until my next adventure (still under wraps but can’t wait to share).
