It arrives with blistered snake chilli and chipotle red wine jus, fries with our secret salt, and a cos wedge with pepita vinaigrette, herbs and smoked cheese.

Meet the tlayuda, our new fortnightly special.

A staple of Oaxacan cuisine, done our way - a large corn tortilla brushed with pork lard and grilled until perfectly crisp, then piled high with frijoles negros, house-made chorizo, grilled sweet corn and queso Oaxaca. Finished with Thai basil and a smoky-tangy chile morita salsa.
