I just self published my second book on Amazon: ‘Essays on Acupuncture’
It is 121 essays on various topics that express the way I approach healing, medicine, acupuncture, and the healing arts. I spend most of my week treating patients for all manner of health issues and this book distills a lot of different elements of my philosophy. It’s aphoristic short essays pull many quotes from amazing classic texts. I love it. It is the best thing I’ve made so far.
You can purchase it now, it is live!
I put my entire heart into writing and creating this book
Not only is it full of interesting and creative essays on acupuncture, and chock full of cool quotes,
But I also painted the cover image myself!
The entire book is a work of art to me and a culmination of my creative life: painting, writing, and acupuncture and the healing arts.
It would mean the world to me if you decide to purchase and read this book and I would love for you to leave a nice review on Amazon.
Thank you for your support, I worked so hard on this one!

I made a 14 part lecture series on the history of East Asian medicine. The entire series can be viewed for free on my second rumble channel called Herb and Needle.

This was a big project for me, I put a tremendous amount of effort and work into creating a graduate level course to teach acupuncture students a history of East Asian medicine which spans over 3,000 years. These lectures are a main part of the course. I produced them myself and created all of the presentations for the lectures. It took me a long time to create this and I am extremely proud of my work. I feel as though it is a project which stands on its own feet and I can happily move on to new projects knowing I put my heart and soul into this series. I learned many new skills and experimented with new types of content in the process, it was a great experience but I am also exciting to turn my creative attention to new projects and to give renewed energy to my art and painting practice and my live streaming. by @metisman
