Turns out, it was never just about the Pilates.

Moving away has made me realise just how much of my why lives in community.

And that’s the part I’ve missed the most. 💛 by @mettacore

Feeling all the love, and cannot wait to come home and celebrate with the people who have been there all along.

There were plenty of loved ones missed in this video. We were giddy with excitement every time we got to share our news, but I’m so glad we got a few little snippets that captured such pure joy.

Timbo and I have had constant conversations these last few weeks about just how lucky we are to have THE most beautiful humans in our orbit.

You all know who you are ♥️♥️ by @mettacore

Croatia memories that will last forever and ever. 🤍🤍

Celebrating LOVE, always. Making new friends. Weddings that end in poolside antics. Being near the ocean again. Sunshine and blue skies.

Didn’t realise just how much we needed quality time with our WA humans. Truly one of a kind, in all the best ways. 🥹 by @mettacore

Trying to embrace slow living while my brain keeps finding 47 other things we could be doing. 🫠

But we are learning how to do less and be ok with that. <333

I almost didn’t post this.

Moving to the UK has, for the most part, felt like a dream.
But there have been hard parts too.

It’s really important that we don’t just share the highlight reel.

One thing this season has taught me is just how deeply our sense of purpose shapes the way we feel, the way we show up, and sometimes it’s just simply what gets us out of bed.

I’m convinced some of the best conversations happen on a hike.

Making it to the summit, everything just felt a little quieter. It’s funny how nature has a way of putting everything back into perspective.

If you’re planning a trip to the Lake District, I’ve left all the hike details at the end of the reel.

📌 Save this one for your next adventure.

If you know me, you know I don’t settle when it comes to matcha.

Finding the best matcha in Paris quickly became our little midday ritual. And as we sadly know… not every matcha lives up to the hype.

So, here are the 5 spots that have earned a permanent place on my Paris list, along with the drinks I’d order every time. 🍵

📍Jōhō Coffee
→ Iced Matcha.

📍 Oats Coffee
→ Matcha Einspänner topped with sweet cream.

📍 Merlo Café
→ Hot Matcha Latte (with coconut milk)

📍 Shukery Coffee & Matcha
→ Iced Strawberry Matcha & Iced Matcha

📍 Matcha Social Club
→ Iced Strawberry Matcha

If you’re a fellow matcha lover and have Paris on your itinerary, save this guide for your trip. 🔖📌

And if you’ve found a hidden gem in Paris, I’d love to hear about it!

She’s settling into her new life in the English countryside better than she ever expected. 🇬🇧

Slow mornings. Long walks. New rituals. Grocery runs that don’t feel like a chore. Cooking. Slowly turning a house into our home.

I’m sure there will be plenty of homesick days and days that feel hard. But for now I’m embracing this slower season. ❥

For the life update every little girl dreams of…

So she stopped dreaming about the bag and brought it home. ♥️
